REPORT
From the meeting on 02.12.2012 in Belgrade with Dr. Mirjana Mojković about preparing the Third Conference a GP / Family Medicine of South East Europe
The conference will be held on 11 – 14.04.2013 in Belgrade hotel “Metropol”. Dr.Mirjana stated that at first the conference hall should have been in the “Sava” center and that residence rented rooms of the participants at hotel “Balkan”. But later she made further negotiations and found better solution in hotel “Metropol ” which has conference hall and rental rooms at the same place with favorable conditions . The following decisions were made:
1.The conference will be held in hotel “Metropol”. If there are 250 or more guests the conference hall where the conference will be held will be free of charge.
2. Accomodation in hotel: 55 euros per person in a double room with breakfast
100 euros in a single room with breakfast
during the conference there will be lunch packages for lunch.
3. Contact with the representatives of the Republic of Srpska farmaceutic company was made, during the Congress of general / family medicine in hotel “Banja vrucica”in Teslicu. They agreed to sponsor the doctors from the Republic of Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to visit the Conference and for that they expect official letter from the president of the Association of AGPFMSEE to their management team with details from this event. Name and address of the pharmaceutics company was given by Dr. Momo Pusac.
At the congress was Dr. Tanja Pekez-Pavliško who said that she will inform the colleagues from Croatia and she will try to organize two buses from Croatia.
Obligation to all chairmen of the associations remains to meet its membership and inform them about the conference of the Association of Belgrade.
4. Agreement was made for the opening ceremony to be on 11.04.2013 in 19 hours in the House of the Army. There are two proposals for the type of music at the opening: a. “Folk” which will make a collage of dances from all the countries or be singer Tijana Dapcevic. This will be reviewed once again from dr.Mirjana and let us know at the meeting of the Association in Skopje.
Gala dinner will be on 12.04.2013 in the Army Hall at 20 o’clock with music. Depending on the number of people attending there will be sitting if not some many or with more participants if it will be a standing.
On 12th and 13.04.2013 will be full working program and on 14.04.2013 the program will be till lunch when the conclusions from the conference will be given and the conference will close.
During the opening ceremony welcoming speech will have:
– About the Association in general and the Conference – Conference speaker
– D-r Sukriev – in behalf of the Association
– D-r Mojković – in front of the host
– Minister of Health
– Chairman of WONCA EUROPE Dr. Tony Mathieu who will address the conference and deliver an introductory lecture
Regarding the Accreditation of the Conference a consultation should be made about the European Accreditation Council for accreditation. Dr.Sukriev should send a letter to Barbara Toplek for advice and help .For accredited in the country host:
– Should send abstracts of exhibitors
– The title of the presentation
– time of duration
– CV in English
Letter Accreditation should be in English.
Presentations for each country should be from 45-90 min. The presenter will have 15-20 min to present.
Abstracts to be sent by 25.12.2012.
All countries should be informed (Albania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, R.Srpska, Slovenia, Serbia, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro).

Coffee during breaks – if there is sponsorship from some companies.
Bags – are done. Materials which will be included from the cotisation: CD, badges, coupons for chains, coupon for dinner and promotional material from some companies.
